It connects through USB 3.2 Gen 1/USB 3.0 and remains backward compatible with USB 2.0, with a SuperSpeed USB-A cable supporting up to a 5Gbps interface connection. The drive comes formatted as exFAT for out-of-the-box compatibility with supported Windows and macOS computers.
