The UGREEN 20899 AV140 is a 3.5mm female to dual 3.5mm male headset splitter adapter designed to connect a headset with a single 4-pole CTIA TRRS plug to computers and other equipment with separate headphone and microphone ports. Its female socket accepts the combined stereo audio and microphone connection, while the two male plugs separate it into a 3.5mm stereo headphone output and 3.5mm microphone input. The adapter features aluminum-alloy connector housings, gold-plated contacts and a braided black cable for durable everyday use. It is a passive analog adapter and requires no software, driver or external power.
