The Transcend RDF8 is a compact USB 3.1 Gen 1 multi-card reader designed for SD, microSD and CompactFlash memory cards. It uses a USB 5Gbps interface and connects to a computer through the included micro USB-to-USB Type-A cable. The RDF8 supports SDHC, SDXC, microSDHC and microSDXC cards at UHS-I speeds, along with CompactFlash Type I and UDMA7 media. Up to three supported cards can be inserted at the same time, making it useful for photographers and other users who regularly transfer files between different memory-card formats. Its 32g design is suitable for portable workflows.
