The Thermalright TFX 2g is a gray thermal paste formulated for heat transfer between CPUs or GPUs and compatible cooling surfaces. Thermalright specifies a thermal conductivity of 14.3 W/m·K, thermal impedance below 0.0028°C·cm²/W and a specific gravity of 2.6 at 25°C. The compound is electrically non-conductive, reducing electrical short-circuit concerns associated with conductive thermal interface materials. TFX also requires no curing time, allowing the thermal interface to operate immediately after correct cooler installation. The 2g syringe is suited to PC building, CPU cooler installation and compatible GPU repasting applications.
