The Thermalright AM5 Secure Frame BLACK V2 is an aluminum-alloy CPU retention frame designed specifically for AMD Socket AM5 platforms. Measuring 70 × 54 × 6mm, the V2 frame replaces the standard AM5 socket retention mechanism around the processor and is designed to provide controlled, evenly distributed mounting pressure while securing the CPU in position. Its black aluminum-alloy construction integrates cleanly with compatible AM5 motherboard builds, while the supplied L-shaped screwdriver supports installation. This accessory is intended only for AMD AM5 systems and should be installed according to Thermalright's specified mounting procedure.
