The Lexar NQ780 4TB is an M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe SSD designed for high-capacity internal storage in compatible laptops and desktop PCs. This 4TB model delivers sequential read speeds up to 7000MB/s and sequential write speeds up to 6000MB/s, supported by an 8-channel Gen 4 controller for strong sustained performance. Its single-sided M.2 design improves installation flexibility in space-constrained systems, while a 2400TBW endurance rating and 1,500,000-hour MTBF support long-term use. Lexar DiskMaster software can also be used for firmware updates, drive-health monitoring and SSD management.
