The ID-COOLING FROST X45 is a gray high-performance thermal paste designed for heat transfer between CPUs, GPUs and compatible cooling surfaces. ID-COOLING specifies 15.2 W/m·K thermal conductivity, 0.03°C·cm²/W thermal resistance, 2.8g/cm³ density and 140 Pa·s viscosity. Its specified operating temperature range extends from -50°C to 300°C, supporting demanding processor cooling applications. FROST X45 is available in 2g and 4g capacities, allowing buyers to select the required amount for CPU cooler installation, system maintenance or compatible GPU repasting while maintaining a thin thermal interface between the processor and heatsink.
