ID-COOLING FROST-PTM 2 High-Performance Phase-Change Thermal Pad, Advanced Thermal Interface Material for CPU and GPU Cooling
- Phase-Change Thermal Material
- High Thermal Transfer Efficiency
- Clean & Mess-Free Installation
- Long-Term Performance Stability
The ID-COOLING FROST PTM-2 is a gray phase-change thermal interface pad designed for direct contact between compatible CPUs or GPUs and their cooling surfaces. ID-COOLING specifies 8.5 W/m·K thermal conductivity, 0.04°C·cm²/W thermal impedance and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 200°C. Each package contains two 40 × 40 × 0.2mm sheets, providing a thin, pre-formed alternative to conventional thermal grease for suitable processor-to-heatsink interfaces. The pad format simplifies placement during installation and can be cut or positioned according to the required contact area where its 0.2mm thickness is appropriate.
