The ASUS ROG CROSSHAIR X870E HERO is a high-end ATX motherboard based on the AMD X870E chipset and AM5 socket, supporting AMD Ryzen 9000, 8000 and 7000 Series desktop processors. It provides four DDR5 DIMM slots for up to 256GB of memory, two CPU-connected PCIe expansion slots with PCIe 5.0 support on compatible Ryzen 9000/7000 processors, and five M.2 slots. Connectivity includes dual USB4 40Gbps Type-C ports, WiFi 7, 5Gb Ethernet and 2.5Gb Ethernet.
